CERTIFICATE ELIGIBLE SEMINARS HELD BY DIGI GAME STARTUP STUDIO INSIDE INTEL ESL GAMING FEST

As the 2nd day of Intel ESL Gaming Fest took place within the İzmir International Fair, Digi Gaming Seminars provided an aspiring audience new insights into the industry, with 5 seminars about game development and entrepreneurship in the industry held throughout the day. The talks ranged in value and topics, from entrepreneurship within the mobile games industry to the ever growing local and global esports culture.

The seminars started at 16:30 with Serdar Ateş, a marketing and platform analyst and consultant, talking about the Steam platform and how it can be used to elevate a developer’s game.

Afterwards, Aren Ünal alongside Ege Arseven talked about the growing esports culture, how esports has affected gaming and business, and briefly Turkey’s global effectiveness in the industry.

Burak İsmet’s seminar, titled “Investment Advice About Game Companies” gave a brief view into the logistics of investment in Turkey, and as aforementioned gave a lot of very valuable pointers into investing into game companies as a whole within Turkey.

The experienced team of Funmoth Games gave a lot of developer and businessman insight in their Mobile Game Entrepreneurship talk about the difficulties and benefits of jumping into entrepreneurship in the industry, explaining the possible risks alongside as well.

The final seminar of the day consisted of the developer teams associated with Digi Game, giving general but very important advice with their experience into starting your own path and career in the games industry, helping interested people in the audience get acquainted with the giant that is the games industry.

At the end of the talks the attendees were awarded certificates by Digi Game Startup Studio, helping them further to start their career and prove their knowledge.
